This is my extra credit vase project. This vase was dipped in white, and shadow green. The glaze and literally everything about this project came out great and nothing went wrong with it at all. The shape is perfect and the tall lip of be project makes this project perfect for the flowers meant for it.
This is my choice project #2, the Raku glaze turned out great for the first time and I'm really happy with it. This was my Mother's Day gift and it was the most well formed and well shaped case I've ever made.
In this case this is my set of 4 project and I couldn't be happier with how well they turned out . The unique blue that was created with white and shadow green came out great for a second time and I took this opportunity to experiment with some new glazing combos. The bottom right is orange and army green, the left bottom is turquoise and shadow green. Not as extravagant as I hoped but hey I would've never know. Overall I feel these are good period yo have around any home and give the comfy at home feeling to a house
This mug is my life first choice project. This mug was my first crack at a mug for myself in a long time. I used the rib tool for the original shape of the cup, and after I used a green, dark blue water color and glazed little
drops onto the project for an essensce of craziness, and a reminder of fun. The most challenging part I would say was creating the actual handle for this project itself. This is my multi wheel project. After a month of throwing, carving, and glazing. I have finished and am now posting my Frankenpot. I learned about properly placing your prices together, how carving in 3D style works, and to not obsess over the little details. My color choice was shadow green layered on top of white although you can't see much of the white. The carvings I engraved into the project are Nordic themed and are hand drawn by myself. The side strips of slab were stuck on by me after the project was totally finished. I am so proud of being able to say I did this and I can't wait to make another one hopefully
